The more than a decade's development of investment fund in China is indeed the developing process of closed-end fund,but,in recent years,the first group of open-end funds appeared in China.Stating on features of open-end fund and the practical condition for its development,the paper holds that the open-end fund Stands for the direction of the development of investment fund in China.Still the paper states on problems emerging in the development open-end fund and corresponding countermeasures.
