Public Service:the Core Theory of Reinventing the Government

That the public administration changes from governance and control to service marks a fundamental change in the value paradigm of the public administration.In terms of reform in notions,the concepts of industralization and productive forces must be emphasized in implementing the government's public service.In terms of technology, to strengthen supply of public service, a supply mechanism which performs functions both of the market and of the government should be established.In terms of realities in the transitive period,there are mechanisms which badly need public service in China.What counts is to try to set up mechanisms providing public service.
