Abstract

Daniel and his Leader Development Team (LTD) members liked the idea that they should develop teamwork by working with employees as a team. They could show what teamwork looked like as they introduced and developed more teamwork in their organizations. Imposing teamwork directly would be ineffective; it sent the wrong message that the leader alone drives teamwork. Team members themselves must make their teams work. The method of change should reinforce the message of teamwork. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
