Abstract
Esthetics has become an integral part of the overall treatment goal in periodontology. One of the most common esthetic concerns associated with the periodontal tissues is a gingival recession. Gingival recession is a common condition and its extent and prevalence increases with age in patients irrespective of oral hygiene conditions. The treatment of choice for recession coverage should address biological as well as functional and esthetic demands. This case report presents the Zucchelli's technique of root coverage for the surgical treatment of multiple adjacent gingival recessions in patients with esthetic demands.
