Abstract

Abstract Die cyclischen Heptapeptide (I)‐(III) werden durch Aufbau (mit den üblichen Methoden der Festphasensynthese nach Merrifield) von linearen beidseitig geschützten tert.‐Butyloxycarbonyl‐ 179 (Boc)‐Peptidhydraziden und deren Cyclisierung (nach Abspaltung der Boc‐ Gruppe und Umwandlung der Hydrazide in Azide) dargestellt.
