Abstract
A total of 1186 clinical isolates of Neisseria gonorrhoeae were tested for in-vitro disc susceptibility to ofloxacin, one of the new generation of fluorinated quinolones. All isolates appeared susceptible. Minimum inhibitory concentrations were determined for a random sample of 122 strains and all were equal to or less than 0.02 mg/l.
