Abstract
Utilized different proportion of methanol-1% diethylamine(pH 7.5),methanol-0.01 mol/L ammonium carbonate,acetonitrile-1% diethylamine(pH 7.5) as mobile phase.Vincamine retention time and separation conditions were researched and chosen the best mobile phase for vincamine determination. Results showed:In methanol-ammonium carbonate,acetonitrile-ammonium carbonate,acetonitrile-diethylamine system, vincamine was difficult to completely separate. The best mobile phase was methanol-1% diethylamine(pH 7.5)(65∶35,V/V).Vincamine within 0.05~0.5 g/L had a good linearity(R2=0.997).The average recovery was 100.71%(n=5),with RSD=2.23%.Research shows that this mobile phase system can be used for quality detection of V.minor L..
