Abstract

In this work, the laser ablation coupled to inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy LA ICP AES was used as comparing method to LIBS analysis of metals. Connection of these two methods permits to study the correlation between the LIBS and LA ICP AES signals at various laser ablation conditions for several emission lines of the selected elements in metal samples.
