Study on aspects of total quality management in Singapore construction industry.

This survey research report contains the result of a field survey on the aspects of \nTotal Quality Management in the Singapore Construction Industry. An in-depth \nanalysis of the responses to 200 samples size of people directly involved in the \nconstruction stage of 4 projects has been carried out and included in this report. \nFor ech project 25 samples were collected to sufficiently cover all parties involved \nin the Construction site, namely Clients / Consultants, Main Contractors, \nSubcontractors and Suppliers. For each party, approximately equal respondences \nwere selected to participate in the survey, i.e. , respondence from each parties or \norganisation. It is envisage that this size of sample is sufficient and been \nrepresentative of the typical construction site in Singapore.
