Abstract
Indeed this is still a common interpretation of sustainability and sustainable development. in
actual fact the report highlighted three fundamental components to sustainable
development: environmental protection, economic growth, and social equity. It stated that the
environment should be conserved and our resource base enhanced, by gradually changing
