Abstract

A recent revision of the pre-Roman materials from the coastal hillfort of A Lanzada (NW Iberia) has yielded, among other Mediterranean imports, a Punic askos from Eivissa (Balearic Islands) dated in the late 3rd century BC. The Punic trade in the NW Atlantic coast of Iberia is briefly reconsidered.
