Abstract

Many researchers recognize bullying a structural problem of the contemporary enterprise. Thus, this study talked about the forensic aspects involved in bullyi ng. It was found that bullying configures the set of organizational misconduct, of whatever nature, performed in a systematic way for some time, related an employment relationship, resulting in embarrassment, humiliation or embarrassment of one or more vic tims, aiming to obtain the subjective commitment of the entire group policies and goals of the administration, practicing offense to their fundamental rights and may result in damage physical and psychic. At the end of the study concluded that bullying is a phenomenon of global growth that will require more commitment of businessmen, doctors and lawyers in order to develop methods to control the situation in the workplace, proper diagnosis and effective treatment that allow readjustment of the victims to work front. The medical expert will always have a great challenge to make totally subjective and objective situations whose permits the harassment, seeking evidence where such informationis not available and where they are veiled.
