The role of agricultural land potential in the system of natural wealth assets

The article substantiates that a prerequisite for economic development is the possibility of obtaining income from the use of the territory — namely agricultural land that today is not up-capitalized. This paper deals with the possibility of expanding the capitalization of lands associated with the introduction of agricultural land market. The author analyzes sources of wealth production potential of the land, as well as opportunities and risks in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The author gives economic performance in agricultural land use and finds that the effectiveness of domestic agribusiness is much lower than in Europe.
