Abstract

Abstract Anhand der Selbstrelaxation von NF3 und PF3, wie sie im Temp.‐Bereich 295‐143 K bzw. 295‐145 Kmit Ultrascha1l‐Absorptionsmessungen untersucht wird, wird das Tieftemp.‐Verhalten der Fluoride diskutiert und mit älteren Messungen ‐für CF 4, CHF3 und BF3 verglichen.
