Mechanism and Construction of the Learning Organization

Learning is a basic skill to survive;building a learning organization is a complicated and systemic project.Focusing on how to build a learning organization,this paper systematically introduces a set of practical skills and approaches considering five main factors,i.e.orientation,system,environment,methods and media,to strengthen the scientific,standardized and efficient construction of a learning organization.
