Abstract
This paper puts forward the concept of safety level of service at highway intersections, analyzed factors that influence intersectional traffic safety, and presented the methodologies in developing the models of safety level of service at highway signalized intersections. Based on conflict points, basic model is built, and according to intersection geometry features, traffic signs, modified model are also built. According to distribution of the evaluated index of integrated model, safety level of service is divided A-F levels.
