Abstract

原発性肺癌切除例63例において, 胸部CTによる縦隔リンパ節転移の診断精度について検討した. CTでのリンパ節腫大の読影は, 実際のリンパ節の大きさとよく相関し, 存在部位・腫大等についての診断は従来の検査法と比べて優れているが, 1.1～1.5cm大のリンパ節転移の判定は難しく, 組織型・部位・二次変化の有無等を考慮に入れた判断が必要と考えた.
