Abstract

Abstract Unter Einsatz der Fluorierungsmittel (II) bzw. (VII) werden ausgehend vom Alkohol (I) [über die Stufen (III) und (IVa) bzw. (Va) und (Vb)] die neuen fluorierten Cephalosporine (IVb) und (Vc), sowie ausgehend vom Aldehyd (VI) die antibakteriell wirksamen Cephalosporine (VIII) bzw. (IXb) [aus (IXa)] synthetisiert.
