Abstract
Manufacturing enterprise logistics centers play a very important role in the survival and development of enterprises. In order to ensure the science and rationality of its construction, it is necessary to further study the system layout and planning of manufacturing enterprises logistics center. Take some logistics center for example, the theories about the system layout and planning of logistics center are expounded, and the content, guiding thought and procedure are also introduced. Based on the analysis of the defects of logistics center previous layout, the SLP thought is applied to re-analyze logistics center layout. Focused on its logistics factors, quantitative from-to Tables are used to design a more rational plane layout, which are arranged to reduce logistics strength and improve logistics efficiency.
