Abstract

窒素安定同位体比(δ15N)を用いて,ノリ葉体中の窒素の河川起源の割合を調べた。低塩分の場所のノリの δ15N の値は 7.7±0.1‰ となり,同海域の冬季の河川水の NO3-N の報告値(6.5‰)と近い値を示した。高塩分の場所のノリの δ15N は高く,11.1±0.1‰ であった。高 δ15N の色落ちノリを河口域に移植したところ,色調の回復に伴って δ15N は低下し,移植 7 日後には移植前からその漁場にあったノリの δ15N とほぼ同じ値となった。同海域のノリは河川由来の窒素を取り込んでおり,δ15N を用いて定量化できた。
