Abstract
This article presents the significance of our railway passenger ticket pricing, analyzes our pricing principle and cost constitution of country railroad transportation, and expounds the pricing elementary theories. Then factors that affect our country railroad transportation ticket price are analyzed. The transportation cost factor, the enterprise competition factor, the social comprehensive benefits factor, and described three basic right pricing methods that are pricing strategy based on the cost, based on the demand and based on the competition. Finally, this article describes a model using the AHP (analytic hierarchy process) to set price to railway passenger ticket.
