(1) Evans Blueを尾静脈より注入し, 単一サンプルの測定により, 比較的正確に白ネズミの血漿量を測定する方法を検討した。(2) 白ネズミの成長と共に血漿量は増加する, しかし血漿量は単位体表面積当りで示すとほぼ一定値をとる。(3) 体表面積または体重から白ネズミの血漿量を推定する式を求めた。
