Abstract
The Saudi Arabian Oil Company has recently begun acquisition of three-dimensional (3D) seismic coverage over its extensive Ghawar field. Precise depth estimates to the top of the Jurassic Arab-D reservoir using the 3D seismic data are essential for development programs, including the location of both vertical and horizontal wells.
