Abstract

Lodging behaviors of the determinate vs. indeterminate soybean varieties were investigated, and the indeterminate variety appeared to have different type of lodging resistance from that of the detenninate ones. Growth of stems in the different planting rates also showed the consistent drfference attributable to the growth habit between the tested varieties.
