Abstract
The proposed dispatch system uses GPS (Global Positioning System) and reverse geo-coding to automatically locate the exact coordinates of the user needing the emergency services. Once this data is received, the reverse geo-coding enables to convert a coordinate obtained by GPS to a readable street address which is easier to understand by the emergency personal. The nearest emergency vehicle is located not based on the distance as being done currently but based on the real-time traffic analysis so that precious minutes are saved from the commute time of these vehicles. This system is highly beneficial to the people to avail any emergency service when they are in an unfamiliar place and it also reduces the necessity to remember the contact number of nearest emergency or rescue service. This system ensures public safety and health by addressing different emergencies.
