A case of male, aged 34 with osteoma in frontal sinus with the severe headache in forehead, was reported which was revealed by the X-Ray examination to be in the frontal sinus. The osteoma (3.5gram) was removed leaving the bone bridge at the external wall of frontal sinus without any postoperative deformation, and the complain was entirely improved.By the X-Ray examination 40% moljodol was injected into the frontal sinus through the nasofrotal canal contributing to the determination of the extent of osteoma growth.
