Abstract

This paper presents some contributions towards Interactive Digital Television (iDTv), focusing on the central issue of the use of back channel (or Interactivity Channel) for the Brazilian Digital Television System Terrestrial (SBTVD-T or ISDB-TB), highlighting the necessary infrastructure, applications and services that can help with the challenges of promoting digital inclusion in Brazil.
