H syndrome (HS) is a recently described genodermatosis (inherited skin condition) characterized by progressive sclerodermatous thickening of the skin, with overlying hyperpigmentation and hypertrichosis. It primarily affects the thighs, with variable involvement of the genitalia, lower trunk, and limbs.
