Abstract

The Regional Public Logistics Information Platform is the core and key development factor of the modern logistics industry. Construction of the logistics information platform can greatly promote the information oriented for modern logistics development. The concept, characteristics and requirements of a regional public logistics information platform are defined. The function and operation mechanism have been analyzed. Based on the analysis, the frame of the information platform has been designed.
