The relation between the reflectance of the louver blade and louver efficiency is described.The experiments were carried out using a 1/10 scale model tunnel louver with Five types of blade.The results are Summaried as fellowes:(1) In case fo high reflectance of blade, the louver efficiency is constant. constant.(2) In case fo low reflectance of blade, there is a tendency that the illumination under the louver is constant.(3) The characteristics of the double blade louver is similar to that of high reflectance blade louver, but the influence of reflectance on the louver efficiency in more remarkable in double blade louver than in single blade louver.
