Abstract
The use of combined-modality therapy — doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine (ABVD) plus involved-field radiation therapy (IFRT) — yields a high cure rate for patients with stage I or II Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). However, each of these modalities poses risks for acute and delayed toxicities.
