Analysis on the Butt Joint of Receive Industrial Transfer in the Midwest of China

In order to make the central and western regions undertake the industrial transfer from the eastern regions more smoothly. The Hoover coefficient, which is the system of industry agglomeration indicators, was used to analyze the current situation of the industry agglomeration in the eastern regions. The industry that can be understood by the central and the western regions is determined through analyzed the current situation of the industry agglomeration. Based on this, the right contact from the eastern regions to the central and western regions was deduced. The results indicate that analyze the Hoover coefficient to direct the industry agglomeration shift can get practical result.
