Treatment of Fracture of the Medial Malleolus.

Abstract
Thirty-four patients with fracture of the medial malleolus are reviewed. It the treatment of medial malleolar fracture, it is most important to reduce the fragment anatomically and fix it with only one screw of about 5cm length.Follow-up study was done clinically and radiographically, with all cases evaluated as satisfactory.
