In the ERDAOQIAO race commerce block in Urumqi City, many races live, and it is the commerceblock where it came to for a long time as the tradezone. By this report, I perform thefact-finding of an ERDAOQIAO block remodeled by a “THE ERDAOQIAO ETHNICCULTURE STREET CITY DESIGN” plan. And I extract the traditional scene component of the blockand analyze it. Furthermore, I clarify therelation of the problem of a block plan and the block existence and trythat I suggest a solution.
