Abstract

慢性閉塞性肺疾患(COPD)は“慢性の呼吸困難を主症状とし,臨床的,生理学的に閉塞性換気障害を主徴とする”疾患群である.肺気腫症,慢性気管支炎,末梢気道疾患がこれに含まれ,これらとの合併のない喘息のみは除外されている. COPDの概念とこれに該当する疾患の定義及び代表的疾患である肺気腫症の診断基準(診断のためのポイント)として自他覚所見,胸部画像所見,呼吸機能所見,鑑別診断などについて述べる.
