Abstract

成人発症スティル病(AOSD: Adult onset Still's disease)は,疾患特異的な臨床症状や検査成績を示すことは少なく,不明熱の鑑別など診断は必ずしも容易ではない.関節破壊の進行する症例もあり,多臓器障害や播種性性管内凝固症候群(DIC),血球貧食症候群(HPS)など重篤な合併症を呈する例では予後不良である.ステロイド療法やメトトレキサート療法が奏効する症例があり,早期に適切な治療をすることが重要である.
