Abstract
We present a technique for reduction mammaplasty that produces small inframammary scars measuring a maximum of 8 cm in large reductions and practically eliminates the difficulty in the mobility of the nipple-areola complex. We believe that the greatest contribution of the technique presented here is that good aesthetic results were obtained together with small inframammary scars.
