Abstract

The analysis and expression of uncertainty of measurement is a necessary part of any measuring result. It may sometimes be quite complicated to express the total uncertainty of measurement, therefore a welcome possibility is the automation of the calculation routine. A guide is given for evaluation of uncertainty in high precision dosimetry or calibration measurement and shows principles of automatic measurement connected with simultaneous uncertainty calculations.
