Abstract

血小板は粘着,凝集,放出,凝固促進活性などの作用を有し,一次止血血栓形成の主役をなしている.血小板数が正常に保たれているにもかかわらず,これらの機能異常がある為に出血傾向を示す一群の病態を血小板機能異常症と呼ぶが,そのうち先天性のものについて, Bernard-Soulier症候群,血小板無力症.血小板顆粒欠損症,血小板放出機構異常症を中心に,その病態,診断などについて略述した.
