Abstract
The traditional bone marrow clot section often consists predominantly of blood and may add little to the information obtained from the aspirate or bone marrow core biopsy. We describe a technique for agarembedding aspirated bone marrow spicule particles. This procedure, which provides morphologically superior material, is a valuable adjunct to the bone marrow examination.
