Abstract

周期性四肢麻痺を主訴とするSjögren症候群の1例を経験したので報告する.症例は48才,女性.四肢麻痺状態で入院. CPK正常,低K血症より周期性四肢麻痺が考えられ,高CI性代謝性アシドーシス,アルカリ尿より,遠位尿細管性アシドーシスが明らかとなつた.電解質補正により筋力は正常に復したが,その後の精査でSjögren症候群(sicca complex)が確診された.周期性四肢麻痺を前景にしたSjögren症候群は従来その存在が注目されていないが,文献的考察によりSjögren症候群における周期性四肢麻痺の出現率は2.6%,また,周期性四肢麻痺を呈するSjögren症候群の92%はsicca complexであると算定された.
