Abstract
The relationships between the various forms of solid H 2O and solid-liquid H 20 equilibria are well understood owing to the extensive work of P. W. Bridgman [ 1,2, 4, 5,6], These relationships are shown in Figure 16-1. Bridgman's [ 3] curve for solid-liquid equilibrium in CO 2is also shown in this figure. The specific volumes of water in cm 3/gm as a function of pressure and temperature are given in Table 16-1.
