Abstract

A 71-year-old man with gross hematuria and a mass in the bladder was seen in the cancer center. Six weeks earlier, painless hematuria had developed, with passage of clots. CT and cystoscopy showed a lobulated mass at the bladder neck. A diagnostic test was performed.
