Abstract

Reports of Intradural lumbar disc herniation (ILDH) are rare. We have experienced a case at the level of L1-2. Preoperative diagnosis of ILDH was difficult, because of the existence of severe pain and MRfindings did not suggest ILDH. At the secondary operation, we removed ILDH.
