Abstract
Good education legislation: conditio sine qua non for good education? On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the “Schoolpactwet” the question had risen wether or not there is a need for a re-regulation of the fundamental starting-points of the educational system. This paper approaches that question from a legal-technical point of view. More precisely this paper examines briefly the influence of certain aspects of legislative quality on the quality of education.
