Abstract
フタトゲチマダニ(Haemaphysalis longicornis, Neumann, 1901)による人体咬着例を報告した。患者は85歳男子。頚部の疣贅様腫瘤の増大を指摘され受診した。左頚部の紅斑内に虫体を認めた。発熱などの全身症状, 表在性リンパ節腫脹は認められなかった。紅斑を含め虫体ごと病変部切除を行った際, 虫体は自発的に皮膚片より離脱した。術後経過は良好であり, 野兎病·ライム病などを思わせる臨床症状は認めていない。
