Abstract
要旨：下肢慢性創傷の中でも，糖尿病性足潰瘍に生じる骨髄炎は下肢切断率が最も高い．現在我が国でも，糖尿病患者の増加に伴い，足潰瘍患者は急増している．救肢のためには骨髄炎の早期の適切な診断と治療が必須である．現在，コンセンサスの得られているガイドラインを紹介するとともに，われわれの行っているMRI の骨髄炎診断における有用性について記す．
