In this study, the transportation questionnaire surveys, which were for railway passengers, with the response way by mail, PC web or mobile phone web were carried out. And, the characteristics and reliabilities of the samples by ways were analyzed.As the results of these analyses, it is clarified that applying the web response method are effective. But there are some biases between the sample and population of the surveys, then, it is important to have additional survey on nature of the population.
