Abstract
The data of industrial structure adjustment and farmers' income from 1985 to 2007 was analyzed by using regression analysis method to probe the effective ways for raising farmers' income in Guizhou. The results showed that there was a negative correction between farmers' income and proportion of output value of primary industry' output value and grain planting area, and there was a positive correction between farmers' income and proportion of agricultural output value. Therefore, the farmers' income can be increased by raising non-agricultural income, expanding planting area of economic crops with special superiority and give energetic support to developing farming and animal husbandry in Guizhou.
