Abstract

Worldwide coastal fisheries are under pressure. Changes to fisheries populations are expected to accelerate with climate shifts as a result of global warming, in particular for fi sheries species that rely on access to coastal wetlands for reproduction like L. calcarifer. Understanding how climate variability interacts with L. calcarifer catch is helpful when considering the wider implications of climate change on coastal fi sheries.
